With over 20 years of real estate marketing experience, Martin Rygiel, serves as the CEO at TradeCasa. As a former co-founder of one of the largest flat-fee licenced real estate networks in the world, spear heading a dynamic company that was later sold to Yellow Pages in 2015. Throughout his career, Martin worked with and trained hundreds of Realtors to deliver the most effective and economical marketing services to homeowners. Over the years he has received much attention from numerous media outlets such as the New York Times and Washington Post, as well as the Financial Post and Toronto Star in Canada. Martin never hesitates to engage with clients and continues to coach and mentor TradeCasa’s vendors everyday. A father of 3 kids, he spends his leisure time with family and friends, enjoying skiing in the winter and sailing in the summer or travelling to less visited places around the world with his wife.
Seasoned business investor and entrepreneur Les Wojcianiec is the CFO at TradeCasa. With over 30 years in strategic business development, Les pioneered one of the largest and most successful printing operations in the commercial print industry, leaving no doubt that TradeCasa’s for sale signs are the best in the industry. Leading a company of hundreds of employees with numerous offices and commercial printing locations, Les developed a high level of interest and understanding of commercial real estate throughout his career. His ethical and moral leadership skills are at the heart of TradeCasa, often reflected in the model of the entire business. A husband and father of 2 grown up children, Les enjoys helping his wife with her restaurant, geared to deliver healthy organic meals. When he is not working, he can often be found rebuilding motorcycles from the ground up. His passion for café racers never ceases to impress his partners, and yet, he often shows up to the office on his Harley.
Software Engineer by trade, Ernest has 10+ years experience in software development – an integral component and the beating heart of TradeCasa. Earlier in his career he worked as a software engineer and product manager at at the likes of CBS Radio and Microsoft. He is not new to business – as an entrepreneur he developed a proprietary aviation software designed to alert commercial pilots of landing and take off conditions to ensure passenger safety, which is currently in use by numerous airports in North America. His passion for real estate is evident in the technical workings of TradeCasa and it’s simple interface and functionality. He dedicates much of his time to keeping our marketing platform working smoothly. Along with his staff of graphic designers and developers he also ensures that TradeCasa remains a cutting edge application. In his spare time, Ernest enjoys travelling, making music, and (more recently) playing tennis.
