Following your requests of offering a larger, bolder and more visible signs, the new design is entirely based on our logo image which depicts a bright orange roof with the inverted “C” for “Casa” while depicting the happy component (smiley face) of TradeCasa’s listing community approach and image. By doing such, we were able to eliminate the hard use of our logo allowing for the web domain to be larger and more readable for the buyers, to access your listing information. The overall sign is 50% larger including all directional text, significantly increasing the overall outdoor visibility. The sign is still produced on premium sign material, made by General Electric, unlike corrugated plastic is extremely rigid and non-translucent, remaining highly visible under sunny weather conditions. Pre-installed in our durable, bold, fibreglass reinforced plastic frame.

Our focus groups and field studies have revealed that this sign is truly a real attention grabber. Comments such as “super simple to understand”, “could not drive by without my eyes drifting to it”, and “the coolest consumer sign ever made” were the common theme during our focus group testing sessions.
